We cannot guarantee that you will make money with Casibot and cannnot accept any responsibility for any losses that you incur. Gambling involves risk and should not be attempted with money that you cannot afford to lose.

Customers are allowed 7 days after purchase to cancel their Casibot account and claim a full refund. Refunds after this may be granted under special circumstances. Any updates to your version of Casibot which occur after your purchase will be provided free of charge.

Some casinos may restrict bot usage, use of Casibot on one of these sites is entirely at the user's discretion and is not encouraged by Casibot.

We offer no guarantee that the bot will continue to work should a casino change their table layout. Updates will (and have) usually be provided as long as there is still significant interest in the product.

Casibot will not refund money lost due (but not limited) to: bad luck, software faults, user errors or confiscation of funds by casinos. You are purchasing a product to autoplay at casinos, you are not purchasing any guarantee that you will make money using it.

Each Casibot serial is intended to be used by one person only, licenses are non-transferable. Unauthorised distribution will be taken very seriously, if it is deemed that you have been distributing Casibot to others your account will be closed. Each Casibot serial will only be valid for 3 PCs as identified Casibot, apart from the Single PC license which is only valid for one PC. Please note that hardware changes or reinstallation of Windows will usually result in your PC ID changing.

When your payment has been processed you will be automatically provided with details of how you can download Casibot. If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us.
