Norton Toolbar Must Be Switched Off

Instant Casinos should be run in the Firefox Web Browser, you can download this here: http://www.firefox.com (It's free).

Casinos should be run in English where possible.

Check Your PC is Setup Correctly

Go to the Check Setup tab in Casibot.

Press Start Test.

Fix any errors before proceeding.

Java Virtual Machine Cannot Find The Main Class

Download the latest version of Java from http://www.java.com/getjava/

Disabling Font Smoothing in Vista

Right Click on the Desktop and go to Personalize.

Go to Window Color and Appearance.

If you are running Vista Aero theme, the following window will come up. Select "Open Classic Appearance Properties For More Color Options". Otherwise skip this step.

Select Effects and uncheck the box next to Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts.

Right Click on the Desktop and go to Personalize.

Go to Theme.

Cannot Read Character / Casibot Stops on 3 Card Hands

It is possible for the "Check Setup" feature to pass with font smoothing set to "Standard", this must be disabled completely:

Casibot moves the mouse but can't press the buttons

Windows vista users will need to disable UAC as it stops programs from clicking the mouse, you can do this by holding down Start + R to bring up the run menu (like you would hold down Ctrl + C to copy). In the box that appears you need to type msconfig, go to Tools -> Disable UAC -> Launch. You need to restart before changes will have an effect.

Flash Resizer Error (Vista)

Windows vista users will need to disable UAC as it prevents the Flash Resizer from working properly, you can do this by holding down Start + R to bring up the run menu (like you would hold down Ctrl + C to copy). In the box that appears you need to type msconfig, go to Tools -> Disable UAC -> Launch. You need to restart before changes will have an effect.
