Casibot Updates

Some major updates to the bot since the last version. Sped up the paytable evaluator so it is now about 5 times faster. Reduced memory usage of VP bot. Sped up bot play speed, this may cause problems on some low end PCs, if you experience difficulties please try lowering the speed.
